GIVING BACK
Keeping our kid’s healthy both physically and mentally is a cornerstone of our event. Katalyst Events, LLC is a Danville-based event/marketing company committed to returning a portion of the funds back to a Danville-based organization that is in need. In past years, while the event was held in Danville, utilized Danville city resources, all of the fundraising monies left the community and were directed to non-profits outside of city limits. Our goal is to work with city officials, sponsors and participants to identify areas of need within our community that will most benefit from our efforts to give back.
In 2017 Katalyst Events donated $10,000 to the Danville-based non-profit Discovery Counseling Center.
ABOUT DISCOVERY
Discovery Counseling Center is a community based non-profit organization that has served our community for more than 50 years. The staff is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for individuals and families in the greater San Ramon Valley. They are committed to providing everyone with affordable and high-quality mental health services and improving bonding and healthy communication in families.
